Give private clinics in Albania one place for patient records and appointments, built around the way they already chart. Most practices were running on paper, a spreadsheet and a wall calendar at the same time, so the product had to replace all three without asking anyone to change how they work.

• Every speciality charts differently, so a single fixed form would have fitted almost nobody.
• Staff adopt it mid-week with real patients waiting, so it had to be usable without training.
• Patient data in Albania falls under Law no. 124/2024 and the GDPR alongside it, which shapes storage, access and the controller and processor split.
• Reception works on a laptop while the doctor works on a phone, so neither could be the afterthought.
• Signatures, offers and records still have to leave the system on paper and look right when they do.

   Product definition: two things done properly, the record room and the diary. Everything else has to earn its place by making those two safe to rely on.

   Record model: a fixed patient identity core with custom fields on top, so numbers, dates, dropdowns, notes and diagrams match whatever the speciality charts.

   Scheduling: day, week and month views. Click an empty slot to book, drag a booking to move it, twenty colours per doctor or per appointment with overlaps shown side by side.

   Automation: appointment reminders and six month recalls over WhatsApp or email, in the language that patient reads.

   Commercial layer: each treatment named once and priced on as many lists as the clinic keeps, in lek, euro or dollars, printed as an offer on clinic letterhead in five languages.

   Security and compliance: TLS in transit, hashed passwords, every record scoped to one clinic, and a privacy policy that states the controller and processor split in the same words.

   Launch: a 14 day trial with every feature unlocked and no card on file, then 1,400 Lekë per month.

Medical Solutions is live and taking clinics. Grei's Dental Clinic, who kept records on paper in three different places, now finds any one of them in about two seconds, including when a patient rings without warning. The product ships bilingual in Albanian and English, with support answered in Albanian on working days.
