Why this exists

SMEs spend €5-25k on a website, watch it go live, and watch it stop. The agency moves on. Plugins go stale, forms quietly fail. Six months later, half-broken and unowned.

Not malice. The business model. One-shot projects force agencies to chase new contracts; maintenance is unprofitable so it slips. You pay upfront for a depreciating asset.

Synaps flips it. €0 upfront, flat monthly, maintenance built in. After 18 months the site is yours, code and hosting included. Past that, we earn it monthly.

Most clients stay. The ones who leave do so cleanly, with everything they need to keep going. That's the test.
