We don't offer it, we keep terms simple and the same for everyone. Prepayment doesn't change ops costs for us, so it shouldn't change pricing for you.
We adjust the plan, not the contract. Move from Starter to Professional whenever; the new monthly rate takes effect from the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds, that's the cliff that keeps us small and predictable. If there's a real hardship, write us, we always work something out.
Prices are ex-VAT. VAT is added at the rate of your country (21% BE, 20% FR, 21% NL, etc.).
Stripe, credit card, SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL (NL), Bancontact (BE). EUR by default; CHF / GBP available on Custom.
